Once the proposal is approved, we confirm the project with a deposit and begin detailed planning. Delivery windows, setup schedules, and strike timing are coordinated in advance to ensure clarity and smooth execution.
At this stage, we become fully integrated into the production flow.
All items are carefully prepared in our warehouse through a controlled pick and pack process. Each piece is checked, protected, and handled according to our quality standards before transport.
This step ensures that what arrives on site is exactly what was envisioned.
After the event, we handle the strike and retrieval with the same care as the setup. All items are returned, inspected, and restored as needed. We close the loop cleanly, ensuring nothing lingers except the experience itself.
